About WAYS
WAYS is a not-for-profit organization designed to develop the complete female athlete on and off the field.
WAYS encourages players to participate in multi-sports. These
unique factors make WAYS the perfect place for young female athletes to
call home.
Through its Wildcats Lacrosse teams and it’s Sharks Field Hockey teams, WAYS is able to foster a
life long love of sports and to successfully build the confidence of every young female player.
WAYS strives to help every athlete improve as a player, teammate, and person. We believe in
developing the whole person by providing a positive, hard-working atmosphere but by also protecting
their love of the game. Our unique and mindful approach to sports encourages our young athletes to
push beyond their comfort zone and to hold themselves and their teammates to a higher standard.
WAYS is growing fast but not too fast. We are intentionally growing at a controlled pace to ensure
the highest quality in our programs and paving the WAY for the future of young female athletes.
WAYS competes through its Wildcats Lacrosse teams and its Sharks Field Hockey teams. While keeping players focused on developing their chosen sports skills, a critical component of the WAYS philosophy revolves around multi-sport participation.
The WAYS programs include diverse and unique methods that develop the complete athlete and person. Year-round athletic programs include yoga / mindfulness, speed & agility, strength & conditioning, basketball, informal play days, team bonding events, video footage review and of course lacrosse and field hockey practices, games, and tournaments.
